  • 4 pcs banana ripe
  • 2 pcs eggs
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ¾ cup melted butter unsalted
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 ½ cup all purpose flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda


  • In a bowl, mash ripe bananas. Add brown and white sugar. Mash together and mix thoroughly.
  • Add eggs and mix. Pour in the melted butter, mix thoroughly. Add the vanilla and mix.
  • Add the dry ingredients (all purpose flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon powder) and mix just until combined.
  • Brush the bread pan with melted butter. Pour the cake mixture. Bake for 1 hour at 180 ° C.
