- Oven toaster
- 1 kg ground pork double grind
- 1 tsp fine salt
- 3 tbsp powdered milk
- ½ cup red & green pepper finely chopped
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 3 to 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp MSG vetsin
- ½ tsp pepper
- Mix all ingredients. Brush bread pan with oil and pack in mixed ingredients.
- Cover with foil; steam-bake for 1 hour. You may also wrap mixture in 'sinsal' and roll like an 'embutido'.
- Cool before slicing. Serve with catsup.
