Tahong Omelette Recipe (Mussel Omelette)

Ingredients

  • 1 tahong meat chopped
  • 1 medium sized onion finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp vetsin MSG
  • 3 pcs egg
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil

Instructions

  • Saute' garlic until brown. Add onion. Stir in tahong meat and season with salt, pepper, and vetsin. Cook for 3 minutes.
  • Beat eggs, add saute tahong. Heat a little oil in pan and pour in mixture. Fry.
  • You can make 2 pieces. omelettes with this mixture. Serve with tomato ketchup.
